This is my second time on this ship but the overall service has significantly declined in quality. The ship is very old & needs to be out of service. There were parts of the ship that was leaking, scratchy from wear & tear etc. The captain, per the crew, tends to be consistently behind time with arriving & ports. As a result of this & combine with old ship features there was a lot of ROCKING & RATTLING when sailing. More than half the ship was sea sick from this.

Pros: the ports

Cons: the ship swaying back & fort and the low budget entertainment

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? No.

Food and Dining
Slowest service ever in dinning rooms. 30 mins just to get the appetizer
Cabin / Stateroom
Noonan the cruise director sucks! Played the worst games I've ever seen on a cruise and to top it off he did not even come prepared with the quarters to play his game. Very Low Budget!
Ship Quality
Service and Staff
THe staff at carnival camp was very rude to parents & kids...not friendly at all....worst camp.
Children's Programs
The kids cried when they were being sent to the camp. Ps. On previous cruises the same kids wanted to stay at camp all day
