Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28 Cruise Review to Caribbean - Eastern

Review SummaryThe ship is the typical class used by all cruise lines. It's the people that make all these large ships. It was clean. They were helpful in boarding. Functionally, it ran well. The Galaxy serving crew was great during their "singing" breaks (esp. the Matre' de'). James, the activities director, was funny and clean. The guest talent show was SUPER & should be a part of every cruise. We tried a window vs. balcony this time. No clock? No fridge? Come on! They were begging us to use the spa services. Yet, the price was way too high. So, we didn't use it. I'm scratching my head on that one.

Pros: Broadway shows, Half Moon Cay & Nassau
Cons: Atlantics Rougher Seas, Grand Turk was a 'D' for touring. I'll try the SCUBA next time.
