The ship is the typical class used by all cruise lines. It's the people that make all these large ships. It was clean. They were helpful in boarding. Functionally, it ran well. The Galaxy serving crew was great during their "singing" breaks (esp. the Matre' de'). James, the activities director, was funny and clean. The guest talent show was SUPER & should be a part of every cruise. We tried a window vs. balcony this time. No clock? No fridge? Come on! They were begging us to use the spa services. Yet, the price was way too high. So, we didn't use it. I'm scratching my head on that one.

Food and Dining

There was nothing wrong with the food. Evening dinner didn't always WOW you, but it was all pretty good. And, there were a few surprises (it's a secret. find them yourself).

There were no intement games (between maybe 10 couples or less in the smaller entertainment rooms). Those were the highlight of our last trip. The broadway shows were good (we love watching them). All the entertainment was in the show-room which made it less intement. Too large of a group for our taste. But, there were things to do. It was a little thin for our tastes, on the one day that we were at sea.

Service and Staff

We enjoyed all of the dinner staff. Our wine stewardess was the best. All of the dinner staff recognized my wife's birthday. James, the entertainment director was really good. Band was SUPER and stayed busy all over the ship.

Ship Quality

You must go to the 5th floor to go from front to back of the ship. Floors 3 & 4 have no clean passage. Otherwise, the ship is very good in providing various lounges and shops.

Cabin / Stateroom

Where was the clock and the little fridge? Seems like being a bit of a cheapscape. We already went without the balcony. I don't know what to make out of this.

Pros: Broadway shows, Half Moon Cay & Nassau

Cons: Atlantics Rougher Seas, Grand Turk was a 'D' for touring. I'll try the SCUBA next time.
