The ship itself was very nice. However, our room left much to be desired. This is the first balcony room I've had that didnt even have a refridgerater. On the last night, they closed the back of the lido deck which has a outdoor big screen and bar, to clean it for the next cruise. We planned on spending our last night there, but couldn't. We were treated as second class citizens in the dining room. Been on Carnival to Alaska and it was wonderful. This was very disappointing.

Food and Dining

Buffet had food that was almost the same every night. We went to dining room for one night. The waiter was overloaded and our waitress brought our wine, but when we asked for drinks for our kids, she never returned with them. Then the waiter went by with after dinner drinks, which we wanted, and didn't even looki in our direction which includes about 50 other people that were behind us.

Liked that they played concerts and movies on big screen outside.

Service and Staff

Excluding the dining room, the staff was very nice. Very helpful.

Ship Quality

The ship was very nice. It was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
While the stateroom was nice, there was no refridgerator. We were given water that we couldn't even chill. We also had a disco lounge under our room that kept us up.

Pros: Outdoor movie screen

Cons: The food and food service
