Carnival Cruise

Sail Date: November 19, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Suite

We have cruised many times on other cruise lines but never on Carnival. I was not impressed. We were a group of 14, 6 of which were kids. I felt that the kids program was not appropriate for them. Our kids did not even want to go to the kids program as they hated it the one night they went. They said it was boring. I felt that the service was poor and that they were not readily available to clear tables, cut in front of you while you passsed through instead of allowing you to go first. There were lines for everything. It seemed that the ship was old and very different from the newer ships. It seemed as it everything was disorganized but at the same time there were lots of rules.

Pros: The Dining Room Food

Cons: The lines, the lack of service, kids program, older ship
