Fantastic Time!

Sail Date: October 31, 2011

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful! Only incident we had was fixed but with some nudging on our part. Suggestion to Carnival for explaining debarkation procedure (which we watched no less than 6x on TV and even called Guest Services on issue). You need to state that "Blue Tag" needs to be place on luggage when leaving in hall. The first time we heard about tagging our luggage was the morning of debarkation over the loudspeaker announcement!! This process assumed that the blue tags and instructions were delivered to everyone, which they were not delivered to us - along with custom papers or any instructions. We had had to talk to no less than 5 people before we found someone that helped us locate/find our luggage. We did finally get our luggage and we just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else as I KNEW there was something missing with the debarkation instructions - that's why we watched the TV 6x and even called Guest Services and nobody mentioned the Blue Tags - they assumed everyone had received them - a BAD assumption

Pros: Balcony Suite

Cons: Rough ocean (not Carnival's fault - lol)
