Stateroom were spacious for a cruise, but the entertainment was subpar, sporatic, and poorly planned not accounting for the volume on the ship.
Food and Dining

Overall was good, we were stuck with a very bad waitor one night which was a bad experience, since we didnt get food and the little food we did get was cold, uncooked, and rubbery. Very limited vegeterian options.

Very poor planning, not enough activities or variety. Had comedy show but in small bar despite large turnout did not register to change venue to last show on last night. The bingo would be advertised as half price but once u get there, always full price. Pools closed by 10pm. Was denied participation in digital scavenger hunt despite being there early because they only printed 10 copies so the other 25 to 30 people that didn't get sheets couldn't play since they didn't account for people coming out.

Service and Staff

Guest services - lady refused to help with the room assignments and switching access, giving me information on kid activities to the wrong cruise, and telling me to wait for ten mins after already waiting an hour to the desk and 30 mins after talking to her I was still told to just wait for her, which meant my whole party of 7 people and a crying 2 yr old at 11pm since our keys didn't worrk to the rooms.
dining staff- horrible waiter one night, threw food on our table, ignored us, told us that the 2 yr old doesn't need a high chair after we asked for one, we didn't get half our food, and what we acttually got to eat after 2 hrs was very cold, uncooked, and rubbery. After lots of complaining the head matrie'd finally changed our table the rest of the nights and we got really good service.
