5 Night Eastern Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)
Sail Date: August 22, 2011
Ship: Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Singles/Friends
Reviewed: 6 years ago

The ship was wonderful, but felt too cramped. The pools were overcorwded, the fact that people stayed for mutliple shows at the comedy club was ridiculous. The ice cream machine was never full, and when it was, there were no ice cream cones.

Food and Dining

dinner was wonderful. the rest was what i woulod expect at a school cafeteria. also - even though i was promised ice cream 24 hours a day, the machine was usually out of frozen yogurt, and was always out of ice cream.

the piano and jazz bars get high marks. the comedy club would have been better if guests were not allowed to stay for multiple shows. i was one of the first 20 people in line for the second show one night, but couldn't get a seat because no one left from the first show.
