It was a Marginal Cruise

Sail Date: April 28, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Suite

Ship was clean, however not enough non smoking areas, the staff was not as accomidating as they could of been and they never anticipated needs, they didnt go out of their way to make the cruise fun and our head waitor and asst were arguing the entire time through every dinner, which made it a very unpleasant experience, that was the most dissapointing part of the cruise

Pros: Ports of Call

Cons: Service

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? No.

Service and Staff
even the cabin stuart didnt go above and beyond!!
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Food was good but not enough choices at dinner
Entertainment
They had activities but charge a ridiculous amount for the extras for kids!
Children's Programs
Five dollars for five minutes of Laser Tag is out rageous!
Cabin / Stateroom
Our Fridege was never stocked we had to ask for extra towels every day again he didnt anticipate our needs
