Ship was clean, however not enough non smoking areas, the staff was not as accomidating as they could of been and they never anticipated needs, they didnt go out of their way to make the cruise fun and our head waitor and asst were arguing the entire time through every dinner, which made it a very unpleasant experience, that was the most dissapointing part of the cruise
