Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

It was a great ship and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and took notice of little things you liked and did them without asking. Very nice atmosphere overall. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Pros: The staff was awesome

Cons: A little overcrowded - no lounge chairs available by the pool EVER

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? Yes!

There was lots to do on board.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Again, loved our room steward. We asked him for ice one time and he put extra ice in our room twice a day even dumping out and refilling our pool cooler without having to ask!
Cabin / Stateroom
Roomy enough, clean and very comfortable bedding.
Service and Staff
Staff was wonderful! Consistently went above and beyond to make you comfortable.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Your excursion company was wonderful. We were booked far in advance and saved money and our excursions were awesome. Beautiful diving and snorkeling in Grand Cayman. Wonderful town!
Don't Miss: Snorkeling with the stingrays
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Jamaica was beautiful. Really enjoyed the zip line and hiking up the Dunns River waterfall is a MUST do. Wish we had more time to see the city.
Don't Miss: Climbing the Waterfall is a MUST do!
