Review Summary

A very average, if not below average cruise. Carnival has cut corners with the quality of the cruise. Staff was not very friendly, nor were they very helpful. I have been on Carnival before and was very impressed, but did not see any of the same quality. I would not book Carnival again.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
You could find this type of food quality at fast food on shore. Very poor. One dinner meal was very good, that was the exception.

3 out of 5
Very average and repeated.

Service and Staff

Unfriendly, with exception of dining staff. Not at all helpful with shore excursions, very unconcerned.

Room was nice and room steward was very good.

Ports Of Call

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Stores were very expensive and employees were pretty unfriendly.
Don't Miss: Atlantis was pretty amazing. Skip the tour, go on your own.

Grand Turk Island

3 out of 5
Beaches were okay, mostly a few over priced gimmick shops. Stores sold merchandise mainly from overseas, not much local.
Don't Miss: Jimmy Buffet's pool area was pretty nice

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

Beach was grand...white sand and blue water. Shore lunch was very was tasteless. Chicken was like rubber! Make sure to get a hamburger, it was the only thing with some flavor!
Don't Miss: Beach

Pros: Dining room and their service

Cons: Service was very average, if not poor. Staff in general were less than helpful and not very friendly.
