So-so bargin trip

Sail Date: August 19, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Decided to take a cheap cruise and all i can say is that you get what you pay for.

Pros: Sun deck, dining and beaches

Cons: To many unsupervised kids, long buffet lines

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
Odor in some spots
Cabin / Stateroom
Rooms are nice. If you have a balcony room expect to hear the door slam!!!!!! at all hours of the night. And if you have a room over one of the bars you will not get any sleep. I was tired the whole trip.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
casino and bingo tournments schedule clashed
Children's Programs
What programs? kids ran amuck thru the whole ship
Food and Dining
anytime dinning is the best
Cozumel, Mexico
Great!!!!! explore on you own .
Don't Miss: Rent a car ,cheap drive on you own to different beaches
Key West, Florida
What good does it do to get there at 7 am? State beach next to port but no way to get there but to walk,i9ts a long walk.
Don't Miss: trolley drops you off at the aqurium , it is a must see , hands on.
