Enjoyable Cruise

Sail Date: May 01, 2010

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

I would not recommend the Destiny, since it smelled like a sick ship. By this ,I mean that it smelled like a sewer on a lot of the floors. Our room steward was never available and barely cleaned the room. I had to ask if he would empty the ashtray and he left a dirty glass of water in the cabin for 3 days until I moved it from the room. I have been on many, many cruises and never had these experiences.

Pros: My balcony

Cons: Not nearly enough daily ship activities

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? No.
