The ship was in great need of updating. It was a dark atmosphere- not exactly what most people are looking for when traveling to the Caribbean. The pools were smaller then expected and very overcrowded. The slide was not in service the entire cruise. Room service was very, very limited.

On the bright side, the service was wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. The restaurant food was excellent. The entire restaurant experience was wonderful. The staff was kind, patient, understanding and entertaining. The shows were good. There was always something to do. Our cabin was made up twice daily- Our Stewart was very accommodating as well. Over all, this was a wonderful experience- with just a little tweaking it could have been exceptional.

Pros: Service, Ports of call, Entertainment & Food

Cons: The ship was in great need of updating
