My overall impression is that the cruise company should train their employees in a "Customer Service Class" and keep more items on board in case there is a need for repair. Upon arriving to our room we found the T.V, the safe and the blowdryer not working; we decided to wait a little while to complain about the TV but when they came to check out the safe we told them. The tv would seldom work and when it did the only channels we received were about how wonderful Carnival is and how much fun they are. Needless to say we were not impressed! The first night we were asked to wait in our room for someone to come and repair the safe, after two hours of waiting we decided to leave the room, the next day we again called someone and they looked at it and left, after 4 people looked at it they finally determined that the part that was used for repaing it was not on board! When they looked at the TV we were told it was working, by the time we made it to bed that night it again was not working! The elevators were always slow and or not working at all. The morning we were to disembark our steward gave all of his rooms a wake up call at 630am when we werent allowed off the ship until 1100am, had i had the opportunity to change the tip at that point I would have taken it away entirely!!!
