this ship appears old. not as clean as others i have been on. restaurnt on lido deck was always crowded and had long lines. dining rooms were a good alternative for all 3 meals. service and personel were friendly and helpful.embarkation and debarkation went smoothly.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
the dining room food and service was great. the buffet food had no variety and did not look appetizing. the line to eat at the buffet was never ending so we ate most meals in the dining room.

i didnt stay through the entire show.. it was too loud. i didnt see anything out of the ordinary ship board entertainment.did not go to second show.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
blanka at service desk went above and beyond to find us a quiet cabin.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
not enough quiet areas to just sit and watch the ocean go by. pool areas were always very crowded. no serenity area on this ship. ship size is good.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
we had an inside cabin, they are all pretty much the same. the big difference is location. originally we had 6269 and the 1st night the music downstairs was so loud we requested to relocate. thank goodness there were cabins available. someone came to our cabin with in 30 minutes to show us other cabins (in our catagory) that we could move to. we packed up and moved to front of ship. it was very quiet there. housekeeping was supposed to help us move , but they never showed up. our romm stewart always forgot to leave glasses.

Pros: service

Cons: food and crowd on lido deck. no serenity location on deck..
