I have frequently cruised with Carnival and other cruise lines.
The recent-January 11-16- was very shacking. Carnival DVD Service charged me twice for the same item . Both Customer Services and DVD services never provided a satisfactory explanation. I wonder haw many other people were also double charged? If so , please post it in review and contact barrgoldstein@gmail.com
