It seemed like the staff onboard was a training staff. They weren't very knowledgeable about the ship and seemed very annoyed to be working. The Entertainment staff and officers were the only staff that was fun, nice and showed the proper customer care. Food was good, but there is definate room for improvement.

Entertainment staff was wonderful. Even with an unruely passanger, they conducted themselves very professionally.
Fun activities for all ages. Great time with them.

Cons: Waiters, bartenders, casino personel weren't friendly and seemed annoyed
