This is my second cruise with carnival and I expected things to get better from the last time. I had fun with family and friends, but the most disappointing thing is that my luggage was lost/stolen and to this date has not been discovered. When I called to check on this situation, the receptionist had a horrible attitude. And the worst part about this is that they can only reimbure me $50. This was like a slap in the face, because my luggage cost more than that. I felt like carnival is fully liable being that it is a policy that luggage are place outside the door for the next day. This is poor customer service. I am very disappointed to say the least
