A GREAT CRUISE

Sail Date: September 27, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

ALTHOUGH THE SHIP IS VERY NICE, IT IS IN NEED OF SOME UPDATES. THE ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING STAFF WAS WONDERFUL, SOME OF PURSER AND SHORE EXCURSIONS STAFF WERE DIFFICULT. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD CRUISE, FOR US IT DIDN'T LIVE UP TO THE CARNIVAL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN THE PAST.

Pros: FOOD

Cons: STAFF

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED)? Yes!

Ship Quality
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Entertainment
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
THE DUNN RIVER FALLS MADE THE DAY, THERE WASN'T MUCH ELSE APPEALING ABOUT OCHO RIOS.
Don't Miss: DUNN RIVER FALLS
George Town, Grand Cayman
THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH THIS STOP IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU GET, YOU REALLY NEED A OVERNIGHT IN GRAND CAYMAN!
Don't Miss: JUST BEING THERE
