okay cruise

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

the ports of call were great but the ship itself needed a lot of work (maintenance). Staff was friendly felt like I was on a latino cruise it was okay but would not go back on carnival destiny would choose a newer ship

Pros: ports of call

Cons: the area around the lido deck had rust spots and was not very clean (tables)

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? No.

Food and Dining
I have had better menus on other carnival ships
Ship Quality
lido deck look old a lot of leaks and rust spots had a hard time with the tables being cleaned off
Service and Staff
staff had a hard time at times understanding english
could of had more to do and not do every activity in the same lounge
Cabin / Stateroom
no problem with the state room
