The check-in process was fine and the ship was clean and nice. The water slide was a big hit.

The food and entertainment was average, but considering the ship left San Juan and the price to cruise is very low, some of the passengers were a little suspect. Very crowed at the pools and buffets, a lot of kids running around unsupervised.

Stateroom (9139) was bigger than we expected and nice. Clean and everything worked fine. Nice balcony.

Pros: 5 great islands to visit

Cons: Felt like we were on a spanish only cruise. Daughter even had to watch Spanish movies at Camp Carnival.

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? No.
