I was very disappointed on some of the information that was left out on tips for the cruises. As well as my belongings being thrown away without any compensation.

The staff was excellent but far as the customer service was horrible. My stewardist through away some of my belongings and I went to customer service on numerous occassions and nothing was done. They asked me to repurchase the stuff that was bought and they would send me a check. At this point I didn't have the extra money. I was very disappointed.
