Had a great time

Sail Date: January 09, 2016

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

We have cruised before with Carnival, so we knew we would have a great time.  We live in a state where there is snow and cold temps in the winter so having a break from that and being out on the beautiful blue ocean was a great change!

Cabin / Stateroom
I loved being able to have such a great view of the water. What we didn't like was that the balconies had little privacy. if you looked down, up, left or right, you basically could see right into someone else's balcony. The angle of the railing made it so you were basically exposed to those around you. Plus, there was a very bright light right above our cabin that was on every night, so we never had the opportunity to enjoy looking at the stars at night.

For the most part it was ok. When cooking for such a large number of people, everything can't be perfect
