Review summary

The cruise was very nice. We have taken several and throughout the years the service seems to be declining. We had a great time but even ordering a drink took a while to get to us. I miss the chocolates that use to be left on the bed at night and there were no longer the toiletries in the bathroom. We had one night of a horrible sewer smell on our floor. The crew was very polite and courteous. The entertainment was awesome. I really do miss what the carnival ship cruises were like in the past.

The customer service desk staff were great. The beach at grand Turk was awesome. All the ports we stopped at were great.

so sad. lol as long as the rest of the cruise was ok . I always get the chocolates in my cabin. I never eat them.

I'm not going to lose my mind over an Andes candy, however it's good to know in advance that they've scaled back on the little things. No different than other companies have done. Heck we're lucky to sit one to a seat on airplanes anymore. If the staff is welcoming and helpful, the drinks taste good and the food is decent (for something mass-produced), I'll be happy.

We cruised on the Fascination back in April and the chocolates were gone then. They stopped giving them the beginning of 2015.

I'm still cruising sgsin in february it is still tons ofvfun. no past cruisers unless you are diamond and platinum. one free drink.at end of cruise

the breeze did mot have chocolates not in may and not in sept. I miss them too. they have taken all the little things away. no tablecloths in the dining room except for formal nights. it's not only carnival other brands too made these little changes

No chocolates? We were on the Sunshine last year and had them each night. I am hoping we get them on the Breeze when we shove off at the end of January.
