Service was terrible, upgraded balcony room was noisey throughout the night and the food was below par. Ship was poorly maintained and work was being done while we were sailing.

ive cruised different cruise lines and yes they do work on ships while cruising carnival is not the only one

when getting a balcony room you have to pay attention to what's. above you..yes if not careful u can possibly get in a noisy section.. but the view is spectacular.!
