Review summary

Sailed with Carnival 8 times ,a gold member. They have enacted several new rules in the last few months.Just wanted to say I wasn't as pleased with this cruise as I have been with other. From denying my canned soda on board but letting a drunk passenger bring on a Sen Frog cup loaded with rum to being out of the past guest party cause you dropped the gold members. Also having to pick up alcohol sold on board the last morning was an inconvenience seeing the luggage was pick up the night before. The little things like the chocolates on the pillows do add up and show a savings on your end , but it was the little things that were noticed. Maybe its time to check out Norwegian and Royal Caribbean

Very surprised, and not in a good way, by changes on Carnival. From the shows to the dining room, to rewards program, Carnival has gone diwn hill. Hope everyone gives feedback to Carnival and just not here.

You can't take PLASTIC bottles of water or soda. You can take CANNED sodas (I think 12). You can take 1 bottle unopened wine or champagne per adult in carryon luggage.

It's funny they didn't allow the soda. I went at the end of August and tons of people were bringing soda on. We were surprised about that because we didn't think any ship allowed that. We do love Royal Caribbean 😊

Norwegian started many of these cut services trends. I will sail Princess next and enjoy it much more.

The number of gold members was too large for everyone to attend the party together. They offer a free drink coupon fir the last evening of the cruise in place of the party. I attended an event 2 weeks ago and was never served a cocktail during the entire event. Too many people. I agree vacation is what you make of it and you get what you pay for!

i don't why some people cruise stop so the people who know how to enjoy life and just getting away for a while don't have to deal with you a vacation is what you make of it

And you can bring 12 cans of soft drinks on your carry on. At the beginning of the cruise. I am thinking she was in a port, and not allowed to bring it on then.
