Review summary

The ship was old and in poor condition. Stateroom had plumbing issues which went unrepaired. Dining room window was badly cracked and went unrtepaired. Food quality and service has deminished greatly over the years. Prices are inflated and many hidden charges. Use another cruiselines. Staff is excellent, but they only can work with what is provided.

However... When you are spending thousands of your hard earned dollars, one has a right to be picky. We are moving on to other cruise lines because of our experience with conquest a month ago...

At least the crew's service was great on your cruise. It seems that that is the only high point of your cruise. I hope that your next cruise goes smoother for you.
