Review Summary
Even though the stewards, bartenders and waiters made our trip absolutely enjoyable, I will NEVER book through Carnival again. On our 4th night, our room got flooded by a broken water pipe in our ceiling. Clothing, shoes, suitcase got soaking wet. We were compensated on board with $33.00 and a free bottle of wine!!!! This was AFTER numerous trips to the service desk in tears!!! My clothes did get laundered and returned over 9 hours later!!!! When back home, I called Carnival and got a whopping $135.74 offered in additional compensation and NOTHING towards a future cruise in hopes to keep our business. offered an apology immediately (something we NEVER got through Carnival) and gave us a credit towards a future booking through them. Needless to say when we book again through
it will not be for a Carnival cruise!!
