Review summary
This was out second cruise with Carnival---we decided to try a bigger ship, to get better pools on board. The pools were better, there was an adult and children's pool which was nice, but we found the large amount of people took away from the food quality. We had upgraded to a balcony room, which was often stuffy-----air conditioning did not seem to work well.
Also, it was difficult to find things, guest services was always very busy, and the debarking process was confusing, a housekeeper just came in the room and told us to get out.
The casino seemed to cater to certain passengers, and ignore others.
Many of the workers on board did not speak English, so it was often hard to get information.
On the positive side, it was a smooth sail, and the passengers on board were interesting and friendly.
Room service was great and friendly.
