There were many things on this cruise that were good. The ports of call, especially Cozumel were great. If not for the the small issues with housekeeping & guest services this could have been awesome.

the buffets could use some work on hours, as some shut down too early

Pros: The staff in the main dining room was exceptional. The anticipated your needs & the food was spectacular.

Cons: Housekeeping was on the so so side & the "missing" liquor at the end of our stay that we purchased in Belize didnt make for a 100% cruise.
