Review summary

The excursions were top of the line. The guides were knowledgable and informative. I felt completely safe and in competent hands. It is nice being on the ship, but seeing the countryside and enjoying the food in restaurants the local people recommend is a true pleasure.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. This was emedied by the steward when we complained.

Ship tip

Take the stairs and get some exercise to work off the added pounds from the wonderful food.

I liked Belize the most. The excursion brought us across the entire country, we saw Mayan ruins with a wonderful guide and then got to stop at a local restaurant where the food was outstanding.
