Surpased Expectations

Sail Date: September 16, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The total exerperience was beyond our expectations, on top of that, we had a medical emergency within our family while on board, our 20 month old grandaughter broke her arm, no fault of the ships, and the care given her and the attention to our needs were beyond reproach. I am a health care provider and could not have asked for any better care or treatment. The ships managment saw that her care was monitored closely and that she andher parents were expediantly gotten to an airport and back to the states for surgery. I can't say enough about the compassion and care shown our familiy. As for the rest of the expereince it was superb as well, from the dining to the shows and everythinbg in between. It had taken us a while to be able to pull the whole familiy togeter for this vacation, and since part of the family missed most of it, we hope to plan another in the near future and Carnival Cruie will be the way we will go...
