Such a Fantastic time!!

Sail Date: July 22, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The Conquest was a beautiful ship. Not the most updated, but definitely not OUTdated. Layout was simple enough for my child to find his way around easily.

Pros: Friendliness of staff

Cons: Jamiaca

Recommends Carnival Conquest? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The quality of the food in the Main Dining Room was simply unmatched! Wonderful selections\, we were able to try new things and just send them back if we didn't like it. Also\, if you wanted and extra helping of Lobster and Steak\, you got it!! The dining staff is excellent and usually very humorous! We chose 'Your Time Dining' and loved the flexibility to be able to go when we were ready.
Cabin / Stateroom
We had an inside room\, and although fairly small\, we found it was plenty of room. We really only slept and changed clothes there! The bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage for toiletries\, makeup\, etc..
Service and Staff
Staff was very attentive and friendly\, usually greeting us by name.
Children's Programs
My son thoroughly enjoyed the Circle C club. The Director\, Jose\, definitely went above and beyond for the kids. He clearly LOVED his job!
