We thought maybe we had set our expections too high until we talked to numerous other passengers. The food in the dining room was not good and the smell was awful. The dining areas smelled like a dirty kitchen. Our waiters were very good. The buffet had good food at times but food was cold and the selections were limited. Juice and tea dispensers had moldy taste like they had not been cleaned. The staff on the 6th deck was superb although our travel agent sent a bottle of wine to be delivered to us upon embarkation, and we didn't recieve it until 2 days later after having to ask for it twice.. We had to change the itenerary on the first day because of an ill passenger, which was fine with my husband and I, but caused problems with 2 passengers who were getting married. I cannot understand why patient could not have been Medi-flighted off the ship after we talked to a couple on Royal Carribean told us they had a similar problem and they were able to have the person Medi-flighted causing no delays or re-scheduling. Certain areas of the ship were so smoky, like the casino and some of the lounges, that we couldn't stay in those areas for long. We had rough seas most of the trip, but we understand the weather is beyond the cruiselines control. Debarkation was a nightmare. It took 7 hours to get out of the terminal.
