Review summary

I have cruised with many different lines and this was a first time with Carnival. It will be my last time with Carnival as well. Everything about this ship seemed to be lacking.....organization, food quality on the Lido deck, mistakes on the daily itenararys that referenced ports we were not even going to, very rude waitress in the Monet that could crack her face if she smiled, a pitiful $15 adjustment to our folio to cover almost a half day delay in our trip due to MANY different excuses.....the OTHER Cruise ship in Galveston experienced the same fog BUT managed to get out on time!!! Next time I will be on it!

Guest services were just as confused as the guests........ lots of different stories on the change of plans. WE WERE ON OUR HONEYMOON ANDTHEY DID NOT EVEN LEAVE A CARD IN OUR ROOM TO ACKNOWLEDGE IT - I HAD MADE A POINT OF TELLING THEM ABOUT THE SPECIAL EVENT AS IT WAS MY NEW HUSBANDS FIRST CRUISE......!!!
