The Breeze sailed at full capacity but the crew was severely under-staffed. Lots of lines and lots of waiting. We are hoping that this will improve on our next cruise.

Multiple drink machine outages in the Lido Marketplace. Coffee, Juice, Water, Hot Chocolate, and even Ice dispensers out of service for extended periods.
Many tables were not cleaned which caused people to have to wait for a table.
Food in Main Dining just not what it used to be.

No Headliners, just ship performers doing some song and dance. Comedy shows were OK.

Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful but it was clear that the ship had serious staffing shortages.

Port side, last cabin before Bridge. Enjoyed being able to look down and see the ocean instead of Deck 5.
Cozumel is always fun. On this trip we did a 2-tank Scuba Dive excursion through the ship which used AquaWorld dive company. These guys made for an excellent fun adventure!
Sorry the drink machines were broken. That’s extremely annoying. Appreciate your detailed review. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of the some setbacks.
