Breeze is a great ship and Galveston is an easy port to use.

This was our third time out of Galveston and we enjoy the port and the process. Very smooth and organized. If you use port parking you take a shuttle. We use Galveston Park and Cruise which is across the street. So very easy!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Main dining was typical Carnival. I think our servers on previous cruises was better but they did a great job nonetheless. We ate at the Italian restaurant for dinner. Very good! Service excellent and they provide some entertainment with singing.

Onboard Activities

We just enjoy sitting on the deck and watch people or the ocean. The sports area on Breeze is great. The ropes course is fun and the mini-golf is better than the older ships

We saw more comedy on this cruise. They were excellent... get there early seating is limited

As always great. Schwartz was the CD and he’s awesome. So energetic and everywhere on the ship

Our steward was good. Nothing bad to say, just not always as attentive as our previous cruises.

If you want the “Behind the Scenes Tour” book it when you get on the ship. It’s limited and sells out fast

Beach filled up quick so don’t delay getting off the ship unless you book chairs early

You are right about the Carnival Breeze being being a great ship your cruise ended on September 9th of last year and we got on the very same day out of Galveston. We enjoy cruising out of Galveston because we live in Houston and at the end of our cruise the Carnival Breeze moved on to Port Canaveral Florida. We really hated to see that ship leave Texas
