This was our first cruise ever and I must say carnival did an amazing job at making sure we were always having a good time. We are already looking at future itinerary’s.

The main dining room was excellent. Aung (head waiter) and his staff added to the amazing experience. On the last dinner my parents couldn’t leave before giving Mr. Aung a hug goodbye.

I cannot remember her name but she left a good impression. She worked on the funnel shop area, she had a pretty accent and was of dark complection(black?). Every time my partner and I came in she always welcomed with “welcome back boys”. I remember us chatting and she mentioned she had one more voyage that began on January 14. After that voyage she was going to go home for about seven weeks. I hope you can give her a shoutout.

Room stewards on deck 1 made myself and family feel like royalty. They’re amazing people. Rooms 1388 and 1384 Andy, Gabriel, Josefa and Jesus (our names).

The first day was difficult to navigate the ship . But that is expected. After the first couple of days it was easier and I loved all it had to offer. Literally everything was always clean.

1384 and 1388 very clean every night thanks to all the staff. Loved them!
Ship tip
There is always something to do on the ship. The staff works very hard to make sure everyone is happy and they succeed.
Very pleased with the organization and clear instruction. Funny part was in the morning when Schwartz did a wake up call on stateroom loudspeakers saying “psst, psst! morning, I’m under your bed, just kidding”.
