Review summary

I am very disappointed with the majority of events on this cruise. Our tour guide in Belize was the best on the Top 10 of Belize tour, and otherwise I didn’t enjoy my time because I was always waiting for a drink or waiting to be served and I remember the waiting and not the quality of the food and drink which is dumb.

It was great that we didn’t have to wait to get our cards, but this caused isssues with the fact that my moms credit card was covering me too on a separate booking and made my card invalid the next day at the gift shop only to wait in a line at guest services to fix it.

Ari was way too busy all the time and it wasn’t his fault there just wasn’t very much extra help by us. There use to be a drink waiting for my father every night before we got there and the waiters knew us and stayed at the table to talk to us more and they just didn’t do that this time. Service took way to long was well, we started dinner at 6 and didn’t evens until close to 8 sometimes and it was ridiculous. Dinner should take an hour to hour and 15 tops.

Anytime you wanted to do a good activity there was already something else going on and then there were times of the day when there was nothing going on.

The shows were great with all the extra stuff, but it seemed to be distracting from the voices of the singers. Dan the lead male with blonde hair was very phenomenal, but the one African American singer with the big nose sounded to be in pain when she was singing a lot of the time. This concerns me because it is my profession back home.

The comedians talent was always exceptional too bad the venue that it was in was WAY TOO SMALL. You had to arrive about an hour early to guarantee a spot to hear it.

Our bed was only made once a day, and it use to be anytime that I came back to my room that I got a new towel animal and a nice fold on my sheets. This was disappointing this time.

Scrape on the wall that wasn’t even attempted to be removed before we got there, i got engaged on this cruise as well in the room before we left for dinner and there was NOTHING done for our special occasion.

The chair lift broke down and they DIDNT GIVE A REFUND. We only had gone to the beach on the lift, my fault and I was out $56 because of this. It was supposed to be an all day chair lift and not one STOP FILLED long ride over.
