Sail Date: July 12, 2015

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

This was the first cruise for my family. I had heard a lot of good things about cruises and thought that it would be a good experience to see a few different places in one trip. Overall it was a good experience. The cabin was small but we got used to it and it was really nice to have a balcony. There was a sewage smell at some points which may have been because we were on the second floor and close to the bottom of the boat. The service overall was good. Our cabin steward was excellent and very attentive. The food was good- I would have liked more healthy options. There was always a lot of activities to choose from and most were good. The islands were great but getting on and off the boat was not so fun and I would have loved more time at each stop.

Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Onboard Activities
The cruise director, Dr E was a lot of fun and we loved the scavenger hunt. The ventriloquist comedy show was excellent.
Destinations and Excursions
The Jamaica countryside and Dunns River Falls excursion was our favorite. Daryl was a great tourguide. Snorkeling in Grand Cayman was awesome too. We went to Playa Mia on Cozumel and were very disappointed. Staff was rude and there wasn't that much to do.
Ship Quality
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Cabin / Stateroom
It was nice to have a cove balcony but there was a sewage smell sometimes which prevented us from going out there.
Miami, Florida
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Dunns River falls was great. Definitely recommend it. And it was nice to see the real Jamaica on the countryside tour.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Snorkeling on the Barrier Reef was great.
Cozumel, Mexico
Don't go to Playa Mia
