Not what I expected

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

Ship was built with only the additional money for the staterooms in mind. It did not have the dining\, shopping\, hottubs/pools or theater to handle that many people.

Pros: Water Slides. Anytime dining at no extra cost

Cons: Over Crowding

Recommends Carnival Breeze? No.

Lacked the usual quality of entertainment
Service and Staff
The only staff that we had to interact with was the cabin steward\, the rest of them seemed overwelmed with passengers.
Cabin / Stateroom
Size was average but the noise from the staff underneath my room was slaming doors all night and makeing so much noise that 3 or 4 hours of sleep were all that was possible. The decor was not much to look at but was acceptable.
Food and Dining
Dining was average as far as food was conserned but many times could not find seating On the Lido deck and had to take a pager in the main dining area at times. The dining areas were not up to the ships that I had been on before.
Ship Quality
Layout was poor and public areas for this size ship were lacking terribly.
