Review summary

Horrible food, Lousy small rooms, no entertainment, crew that didn’t care or were indifferent. Really old old ship! Don’t waste your money!

I think the poster came on the ship with a preconceived notion of grandeur and that folks is a recipe of disaster. You will only begin to find fault in every little thing. When I was on the ship the last time I was unhappy with the appearance but the crew where professional and music and dance venues were excellent and the food was great. YOU CAN NOT focus on the negative or you will lose a cruise, don't be foolish, if you have something happen to you worth reporting, do it then and in writing to the hotel director and let them deal with it and you move on to the fun at hand. They will usually send you a written apology and a small favor to your cabin consisting of sweets or a wine, you can always back out your daily gratuities if you have too. I have not been on since the refurbish, but back then it was old, tired and in dyer need of a dry docking. Would love to see it now, but just don't see the need to give Princess any of my hard earned cash right now after I was stiffed on a pricing issue the last time I sailed on the line.

Well we just got off Caribbean Saturday for the second time and loved it. We had a hell of a good time. Nice room, good food,good service, met lots of cool people. Ready to go again!!

We've sailed on Princess ships 18 different times over 11 years and never experienced anything that was mentioned; in fact just the opposite... Like mentioned... Fake

We were on the Caribbean Princess a few years ago in November of 2016. Food and service were great. They had a band from The Filipines called Evolution which was excellent--great singers and talented musicians. We met some new friends who were our rablemates and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with them at dinner! Ship is not as new as The Regal of Royal, but we still felt it was beautiful and we had no issues. Our cabin was an inside and very nice. Mg only complaint would be the showers are tiny. We cruised on The Royal in February and that shower was much nicer and even had a place to put your foot up to shave your legs!. We did have a balcony cabin, so I do not know if that makes a difference.
