The only reason I decided to go with Princess is because of the route. Over all experience had much better on
Crystal and Celebrity. Can not compare apples to oranges.

Ate once at the buffet and it was enough to call it off. The quality of food is not all that, the fruits had no
flavor just looked good on the plate. I tried one meat dish on the first day and the meat was hard and chewy
and let alone all the salt and grease that was added to the food. I tried to have dinner in the dinning room of the fifth floor, I ordered one Thai noodle dish it was terrible and had nothing to do with Thai noodle I should know better since I lived in Thailand. One night I ordered fish it tasted like rubber it had no flavor. I went once from breakfast I ordered eggs and bacon and a toasted muffin the food came cold and the bacon
not cooked as I instructed (well done) had to send it back again.

No Complaints. Would like to thank. Mr. Diego from the Crown Grill, Mr. George and Mr Fredrick. Ms, Mary Joy from the Crooner's Bar and all the Indian boys from the fifth floor cafe for the amazing and wonderful care
they have provided us. Also would like to thank Me Yani from the excursion desk for the help he provided us.

You do not deserve the one star. Honestly just go to the Crooner's bar and take a good look at how filthy you chairs are! I am surprise you even have them. Take a good look at the arms of the chairs and some of them
even had odor of urine. The carpet is dirty and it smells. The Bathroom on the fifth floor (women's) near the
dinning area was always smelling so bad it was nauseating to go there after a meal. I asked the cleaning the lady one time why is that? She said it was a faulty sewer line. Take pride of your ship and clean it up
Cabin / Stateroom

Must do something about the mattress. I was sleeping in a hole? It is time to change it. Cleaning the room is not good enough, though we had a wonderful man. Must train your staff to wipe the phone with disinfectant and, also the TV remote was sticky and needed a good wipe.
Oh My God? We paid the $79.00 to see one church and a school and when it came to lunch they wanted to charge $18 for Mac and Cheese? The bus was dirty the seats were spotted with grease. Must give me a refund.
