Review summary

I was pleased with our overall experience on this cruise and I enjoyed the itinerary a lot...BUT I would rate it in 5th Place compared to our other 4 Princess cruise trips. This was the first time I felt like there were just too many passengers for the space on the ship. The buffet dining was always crowded and we missed some shows because there were no seats left in the auditorium 15 minutes before showtime. (The shows are one of the main reasons we look forward to this size of a cruise ship.) The embarkation process was the worst experience of all of our cruise experiences including other cruise lines. The tender process was particularly slow as they just did not seem to have enough tenders in use.

We really appreciate being able to get a big table (68) for our group of 12! Our waiters, Gary and Arthur, were wonderful!!! The food was great in the dining rooms but I was disappointed on the one night we ate dinner upstairs at the buffet. My husbandand I usually ate at the buffet for breakfast which was very good though we had to always hunt for a table!
