Review summary

Overall, Princess does an excellent job of making sure all are comfortable on a cruise. The personnel who work on the ship are excellent: very conscientious, professional, and personable.

Some of the tours were just okay. We had a couple of very boring tour guides and one of them (Janice-Inverness tour) was actually so forgetful that it was a bit disturbing.

The Intranet and Internet service was abysmal. At the very least, the intranet service should have worked fine.

As usual, the food was great.

Did not spend any time there as we were in London for six days prior to our departure and went directly to the cruise ship on the departure date. On our return, we went directly to the airport.

We were on the Carribean Princess in April, before they crossed over to Europe. The crew, ship, food were really excellent. We have had bad excursions before. I suggest you write up the bad ones at guest relations and ask for a refund for the excursion price. Sometimes they will refund you part of the price. But they really need to know which excursions are not very good.
