Caribbean Princess Cruise Review to Caribbean
Cabin Type: Balcony

Review SummaryI am 55 years old, been on many cruise vacations, this was by far the WORST too bad we paid a top dollar over the New Year holiday. We had many issues with our room, the front desk management refused to offer any consideration for our issues, broken balcony door, plumbing issues, in fact the front desk management's attitude explains the poor overall attitude and service on this ship. We all felt as we were not welcome we had two rooms for the family of 4. The food was inferior, including small lunch buffets with many friend and inexpensive items I would not eat at home, much less on a vacation, fried chicken nuggets, fired peanut and banana on white bread, never tried the stuff. The selection for the food was just about the same ever day, little variety. We were on deck 11 and our balcony was very narrow, half the size of those on deck 9 and 10 NOT worth the money, when we booked told the balcony was larger on deck 11-not honest business.
The water system was broken for two days, salt water from the tap and this was served for the coffee, salty coffee, salty iced tea, no mention to the guest, those who had medical conditions such as high blood pressure or heart disease were not warned. I think Princess did not correct the issue promptly to make extra money selling more bottled water, sodas, and other beverages at the bar. This was the worst service and ship I have ever been on. Don't spoil your vacation, choose another cruise line!
