The ship was clean. The pools areas and informal dining areas crowded, unable to find a place to sit. The lounge chairs were hard to find due to people reserving them early. The shops were not as good as you would find on other ships. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful, a few staff members were outstanding but on average the staff wasn't very helpful. My wife noticed that once the cruise was over with the attitude of the staff changed for the worst.
