We booked 14 day San Juan cruise and it really was two 7 day back to back San Juan cruises full of people with lery low-priced tickets. The second week( not the islands) was IDENTICAL to the first week--same menus, same shows and even jokes, same movies, and same winetasting. ain San Juan on 7th day we wanted to get off and fly home but there was no one to assist us. Everyone was helping deparcation and ibarbaction. The 14 day cruisers were forced to get off the ship for immigration and waited 3 hours in rain and never went through immigration.
Paid extra for EZ baggage check (Princess delivers bags to airline), only bags weren't delivered and our bags finally arrived 2 days late.
On contacting management, they refused to compensate for anything and also refused to do anything to satisfy us. We are in the captain's circle for multiple cruisers! They couldn't have cared less
