It's ok for the price, but we normally go with RCI and we found that the food in MDR is not as good and the entertainment is better with ric but sindoo and the extra charge dinning is amazing witho p and o

Definitely the worst ship in the fleet, I have cruised with P&O over 25 times on the older ships (eg Oceana) and the adults only (eg Arcadia), for me Britannia is ultra modern and far too big which just isn’t good, the service also feels impersonal. Our first and last cruise on Britannia was overrun with families who were looking for an informal cruise which destroyed the traditional P&O experience. They were rowdy and there should be a stricter limit on the number of families on board the family ships.
