Review summary

Just back from a cruise on Britannia first and last time with P&O. Food warm not hot, air con noisey nobody knew how to tune it off. Do not have a Cabin on deck 15, noise late at night and from 05.00hrs from people moving tables and chairs on beck 16.

You must be mistaken about the ship you were on as I got off Britannia yesterday and this does not sound like the Britannia I was on

definitely think you must of not been in the best or moods or good crowd to pick at little things. it's not very often if you have a complaint that any cruise line would not deal with the issue. to let one bug you and roll in to another one. very bad idea. your on holiday. any one with special requirements should definitely get a cabin to suit.
